Gill, the Editor, has posted a message to the "ICA" mailing list that it went to the printer's yesterday, and she expects it to be mailed out next week. It's a big issue, with 40 "newsletter" pages, 32 pages for the music supplement, plus the text of the proposed new Constitution to be voted on this fall.
