wes williams Posted June 25, 2011 Posted June 25, 2011 By the wonders of the internet, the new Audio Page on my website was opened by a distinguished guest from New Zealand, known to you all as Dirge: "Ladies and gentlemen, pausing only to thank Mr Williams for his excellent and diligent efforts in making this splendid resource available to the concertina playing public, I now, without further ado, declare this web page well and truly OPEN." There is a new 78rpm from Alexander Prince (with a possible solution to a Chris Brady transcription elsewhere on the web), two 78rpms from Ernest Rutterford on Duet, and a 78rpm from Jim Hume on English. If you can't see the Audio Page, press your REFRESH button. And if you enjoy these old gems, remember that you can hear more on Alan Day's current and upcoming 'International' series of CDs.
