shelly0312
OK, being a "kid" from the '50's, I enjoyed the "toon" more then I probably should have. But the vid of Tedrow and Burns....well that was just outstanding. I DID have a huge crush on Bob, but I may have changed my affections to (poor) Jason. When he was speaking of putting a diary with each of his instruments--well, did that just make too much sense?? How interesting for future owners and repairs persons!! Leo, you do such an outstanding job week after week! We all look forward to the synopsis at week’s end. Thank-you, ever so much! Michelle
Leo
Truth be told, I haven't even scratched the surface of what's "out there". There are so many personalities and musicians, it would be fertile ground for searches. I don't know many names or where to even begin. I just use a simple search, and believe me, it's limited to a small area. The really hard work is from those that make their videos available for our enjoyment. If you're a member of YouTube, be sure to thank them. I found the one for Bob and held up posting it thinking Bob would mention it since it contains his latest project that he posted in the Construction and Repair Forum. It's really pretty and sounds nice too. Maybe he doesn't know about it? My first thought on the toon was "that's no way to treat a busker with a concertina", but then again........ Everything worked out o.k. Thanks Leo
