Can anyone identify this

I've just bought this on eBay - decided to have a go at concertina

From pictures I've found on the web the fretwork looks like a picture of a Nickolds.

It has riveted levers.

Serial number is stamped inside as 2457.

No labels as far as I can see.

 

Can anyone confirm the make and possible age. Seller mentioned it was in family in 1920's.

My guess, based on both fretwork pattern and lever pivot shape is that it could be by George Jones.

Not much about actual age but I'd guess 2457 fairly is early 1880's maybe.

 

Its a fine condition for a 130ish year old and still playable.
