Dave Rogers Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 ...very briefly, in the last installment of "The Crimson Petal & The White" on BBC2 last night at 9pm (or on the iPlayer [uK only] at 11:17 in, if you missed it). I'm no expert at concertina identification and all I can say is that it was wooden-ended! You don't actually hear it playing, by the way.
michael sam wild Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Looked a bit square like a bandoneon . Played by lowlife Londoners!
Alan Day Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Looked a bit square like a bandoneon . Played by lowlife Londoners! Must have been me then Al
michael sam wild Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 A seedy series anyway! Too many people sitting on chamber pots and being part the seamy side of Victorian England. No place for a nice concertina, must have been an alien German import!
