Interesting one here for someone:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120702816654#ht_500wt_1156

The ledgers actually list is as October 1915.

1915 ~ Top period, according to Chris Algar. They are very nice concertinas. Wouldn't surprise me if it fetches £3,000+.

Chris

What are you doing at your computer Chris? You should be on your way to Kilve surely - I'm leaving in 5 minutes.

What does Chris sell them for these days? 3K sounds a bit high unrestored (or isi ti restored)

Well, given that Chris Algar recently purchased

this Aeola TT on Ebay and was prepared to pay £3,501 for it, as a dealer, to resell it, it gives you some idea of what he thinks a 56 key, metal-ended TT Wheatstone, is worth, restored or unrestored. And whom am I to argue?
