Stephen Chambers Posted June 22, 2004 Posted June 22, 2004 It looks like "xinutal" (aka "Ianis Spatidis") is still up to his tricks. There is yet another scam auction on eBay (Item 3732243363), with text & photo obviously taken from Juergen Suttner's website. I have informed eBay. Cheers,
Stephen Chambers Posted June 23, 2004 Author Posted June 23, 2004 eBay are definitely getting faster dealing with these, I reported this to them at 21.18 last night, and they replied at 06.14 this morning saying "appropiate action" had been taken. I see that it is now an "Invalid Item".

JimLucas Posted July 1, 2004 Posted July 1, 2004 This Ianis Spatidis character is trying to work me now....the item he is trying to sell me outside of ebay is this what should i do? Have you tried contacting FBI? I think Ianis' actions should come under interstate crime statutes... or maybe international? If you have two-way email contact with him, they should be able to track him down.
Sandy Winters Posted July 1, 2004 Posted July 1, 2004 I would recommend that you just stop corresponding with the jerk. I'd also block his email address, and be done with it.
Steven Posted July 2, 2004 Posted July 2, 2004 Well one thing's for sure -- you should NOT send him any money!
