Stunning work. You must really love what you do to put that obvious time and effort into it. I'd love to see a pic with the bellows extended to see the depth of the folds. However, "Lead me not into temptation." I am weak you know. It's a struggle just to pay the mortgage and not buy beautiful things. I sense there may be others here with that problem.

You state that your bellows have deeper than average folds allowing for greater extension.

In your photograph the bellows appear to be substantially inset from the overall external dimensions of the ends thereby surely reducing what could be their potential overall maximum capacity for air. No doubt there is a specific reason for this design ? Tell me it's a trade secret !
