With this one I found (after much gnashing of teeth) that fmt=5 resulted in much better sound quality (reduced video quality, but then I'm not much to look at!), I think because it uses the original compressed audio, rather than recompressing it, which really mangles the sound on this video.

 

So using this link:

Interestin' collection. Liked the Tulla Ceilidh but could not work out the statistical left / right footfall!

I wish I had a quick way of working out the Key to save waiting for file to open then trying to copy and then realising no good for my limited CG........
