Just a quick plug for our local session.

We have been ousted from the Bull's Head in Mobberley and have found a new home at the Cross Keys Hotel, King St. Knutsford (Cheshire UK).

Wednesday (17th feb) is our first go at this new venue and we'd like a good turn out to impress the landlord, so if anyone is interested please come along.

 

The session is held on the 1st and 3rd wednesdays of the month from around 9pm (or a bit earlier) until 11pm.

It's an English Session, though we're happy to add a bit of Irish or french or whatever to the mix.

 

There's usually one EC there (me) and often a tenor treble and a baritone EC as well, plus some of fiddle(s), flute, melodeon(s), guitar, whistle, bodhran etc.
