Even more amazing to me is he wrote it too. It's labeled "Concertino Nº2 for english concertina & compact orchestra (2003) (in three movements) by venezuelan composer Ricardo Teruel" which leads me to believe there is a #1 out there somewhere, and may be other scores he wrote with the concertina in mind.
