Hm! Yes, could be Mason's Apron played with an English accent. Not the Irish or Scottish version as I know them, however.

 

But, of course, all reels sound the same, don't they!

Not sure about the tune title but that is Alan Dyer playing. If you joined WCCP and came to meetings Simon you could hear him playing live.
