yankeeclipper Posted January 3, 2010 Share Posted January 3, 2010 In the 1956 movie 'Carousel,' the villain Jigger (Cameron Mitchell) plays a gaudy-looking Anglo in the clambake scene. The Anglo looks like a particularly cheesy Italian job with chrome corners and a red-and-white gazillion-fold bellows, and Jigger pumps it widely and wildly without touching a button. Title "Mistaken Identity" a double episode. Had to wait until the next week to see the titles. Walter, a tramp with pram and dog. Is played by, Barry Jason. Raised ends; more Lachenal-like than Wheatstone. Loved watching it again......Ron Moody & Shani Wallis were terrific, Jack Wild had a sad life and Mark Lester is the self-proclaimed father of Micharl Jackson's child ! Who knew..... A couple of sitings over the last month. First one, during a film version of Heidi (!) which was on over Xmas. Then this week, the first episode of the new series of Being Human on BBC3 showed a quick glimpse of a concertina in the final scene.
