Anglo lessons

Recommended Posts

Is there anyone teaching Anglo concertina in the South Jersey/Philly/northern Delaware area? I'm a beginner with a lot of enthusiasm...not too great at reading notes, but keep trying. Please let me know if you like teaching, play Anglo, and are in the 08084 zip code vicinity.

Thanks so much!

Priscilla

until you can find a live teacher in your area, try that one to teach yourself: http://www.tradlessons.com. You can also try John William's DVD from Homespun tapes that is meant for beginners.

Good Luck and enjoy your squeezing

Hi Priscilla

I had forgotten this group. They might be able to help, or suggest something local. Sorry about being so late

Thanks

You could also try contacting the Philadelphia Ceili Group.

I don't know that they give lessons, but they certainly ought to know any local players who might.
