Hm! The world of 'attractively-priced-entry-level' concertinas is a bit of a mystery as
far as I am concerned, but, I may be in the market for a cheap instrument to take on
holiday - I don't really want to take one of my real concertinas with me if I can avoid it...
I just saw this on eBay:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Cherrystone-Wooden-Diatonic-Concertina-Accordion-30-Keys-/282402160890?hash=item41c07b00fa
There's not much information, no maker, etc. I was wondering if anyone here on c.net
actually recognises the particular brand from the photograph?
I'm guessing it's of Chinese origin, in C/G, with 'accordion-style' reeds, etc...
Any comments/observations? It's sorta tempting, but I'm very wary. I also suffer from
terminal 'short-arms-and-long-pockets' syndrome...
Thank you.
