I have had in my huge collection for many years my own copies from Handel's eternal Water music suites. They are all nice to play on any instrument, and very rewarding. There is this one which always fascinated me, and that is the curious Gigue from his suite, which seems always a little different and quirky compared to the rest. It has a really jovial rhythm, and some unexpected bass notes popping in here and there, suddenly, which requires care to sound them out in performing.
It seems so ideal for concertinas in actuality due to its 'country dance' like tune - as well as the snappy dotted notes, which sound well on metallic reeds.
