I bought this instrument from expert fettler David Robertson during 2020. Since that time I have joined a band and now no longer have the time to enjoy it in the way I want to. It is a sought-after "C. Jeffries Maker" instrument. If you watch this video, it will tell you everything you need to know about the concertina which has not been out of the house since I got it apart from one supervised trip to Martyn White to get it checked over. All buttons function correctly and it is in tune. The concertina has a lovely tone - not harsh but sweet yet still loud! I have attached the layout which David altered from one that he described as "eccentric". To be honest, I never used the extra buttons on the ends of the rows as I played it like a standard 30 button anglo. The concertina has a Bb drone on the left hand side. There was no case for the concertina when I bought it and that is still the situation I'm afraid. I have priced it to sell quickly at £3995 and I'm sorry but I won't take any offers. I won't be posting it as I wouldn't want to chance it so you would have to come and pick it up from S.E. Essex, near Southend. Payment by direct bank transfer only (no cash or PayPal please.). Due to the risk of posting I won't be offering this for sale to someone outside the U.K. Here is a link to Martyn White playing it more expertly than I could! https://www.dropbox.com/s/5pnu4qzik19ng4h/Jeffries.mov?dl=0 ...and here is a link to the original Concertina.net advert from which I bought the instrument. Lots of good photos here! https://www.concertina.net/forums/index.php?/topic/22417-38-key-bbf-jeffries/#comment-203754 Here is a chance to own a genuine Jeffries concertina at a sensible price. Thank you very much for looking.BbF Jeffries existing layout with corrections.pdf BbF Jeffries existing layout with corrections.pdf

YouTube video This is my review of the concertina that I recently bought from David Robertson. I hope you like it and find it interesting. If, like I was a few weeks back, you are contemplating the change from decent hybrid to this kind of instrument, this might help you make up your mind! Les
