  1. Hi all! I'm a concertina beginner with a 20 button C/G anglo concertina. I can't sight read from regular, non-concertina sheet music (yet), and I really enjoy learning songs from the two concertina sheet music books I have. I'm starting to run out of songs that I like to play in them, so I figured I'd try to make some basic sheet music for myself. I can figure out simple melodies by fiddling around just fine, but when it comes to inventing chords, I find it hard to memorize them without sheet music to help me learn. For arranging, I downloaded Musescore and I'm getting hang of the program.
  2. I have a beautiful Jeffries Anglo for sale in excellent condition - flight case included. It has just come out of Theo Gibb's workshop where it has had a full overhaul. Email me if you are interested.
  3. Jeffries C/G anglo concertina for sale in great playing condition. Beautiful soft tone with lots of volume, ornate metal ends, gold tooling, gorgeous instrument all around. Bellows are nice and tight with no significant leaks. Was last tuned up when I purchased the concertina from Noel Hill about 7 years ago, still very much in tune and sounding great. The YouTube link at the bottom is to a short video I made so you can have a look and a listen. Asking $16 500 CAD ($12 500 USD). Located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Serious inquires can be sent to agevenich@gmail.com. https://m.youtube.com/wat

  5. I'm selling my beautiful vintage Jones C/G anglo concertina which I bought as a beginner from Noel Hill three years ago. It plays great, has a nice soft tone and is in very good condition for being over 150 years old. Would be perfect for a serious beginner/intermediate player who wants to learn on a vintage instrument with concertina reeds or for someone who appreciates beautiful detail and craftsmanship. Comes with a beautiful wooden case. Selling because I recently purchased a Jeffries. Asking $1800 plus shipping costs. If interested please leave me a reply or email me agevenich@gmail.com
