I'm really an UprightBass player. Spent most of my musical time playing in large Latin dance bands (Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue). Some Classical, some Jazz, some Western Swing. Lately it's been Rockabilly.

The last six years I've discovered my singing voice, and support it with the Ukulele.

Started singing Sea Shanties, and wanted to try a Concertina, so I got a Morse Anglo in 2008, which I'm quite happy with. Stumbled upon Noel Hill's workshop in Oregon, and have been attending since 2008. Now playing a Carroll. Working on my English too, which I think is easier to accompany my singing. Lead my own group, singing Irish and Sea Shanties.

My thanks to all the knowledgeable and skilled Concertina players on this forum, for the generous help and advice they've offered the beginning players like myself.
