Many thanks to Mark and Joan for organising another fantastic weekend. It was lovely to meet up with old friends, make new ones and share so much good music and song. I always come away from Bradfield inspired and this year is no exception. Thanks to everyone for making it a truly memorable weekend.

The English Country Music Weekend 2013 is happening in Winster, Derbyshire, June 28th - 30th. It is a session based weekend, with additional special events, talks and discussions. If ECMW is new to you, it is a weekend based on traditional English music, and as we are in Derbyshire, there is a focus on tunes from the Northern counties. There are various sessions in and around Lichfield, depending when you are around. Horse and Jockey, Tamworth Road, - Irish Duke of York - last Thursday of the month, mixed, but mostly English in style. Mucky Duck - Fradley Junction,- Thursdays. Queens Head -Lichfield Last Sunday, 4.00 - 8.00pm. Cooper's Tavern, Burton on Trent - Tuesdays.
