I'll try to make some prototypes in quality plywood and basic milling tools, and if it sounds correct, maybe I would do something more traditional. The main idea is to get closer to the real concertina sound, increase the response but also be reversible easely if it doesn't sound good. Maybe I'll start a thread to share my experiences

Hello, I'm thinking of making new reed pans for my CG 30 buttons hybrid concertina to put some real reeds in it. Do you have some ideas to find a set of concertina reed? Anyone have some for sale?
