LDT you have made this tune ultra complicated by starting the tune in the wrong key.
Try doing it with the lead in note "MY" on the left hand (G note on a CG) and then the rest will come easy for you all on one row.
My playing of this tune would be similar if I had started from the same note as you.You at least made me grab my concertina to find out why this simple little tune was sounding so difficult.

LDT it has been pointed out to me that you are playing in "D" because that is what your Grandfather sings it in.
So ignore my remark and well done.
