My Morse G/D Anglo didn't sell on ebay at £1000, no reserve. There were over 40 watchers however so not sure quite what happened. Anyway, an instrument retailer at one of the Folk Festivals have offered to sell it for me for £1400 ("You'll have no problem, we get asked about G/Ds all the time" etc.). They take quite a hefty cut. As I'm off to the festival on Thursday, I've relisted it on a one day Auction with no reserve at £950 - that's what I'd get if the retailer sold it for me - on the offchance someone was interested, but just missed the boat. There's a buy it now option of £1100. If it doesn't sell, it'll be off to Towersey with me.
