Hello everybody! I am Gilbert, from France. I wonder what's going on with West Country Concertina Players website? Any information about it? Thanks! (I'd like to add WCCP concertina dates on my pages; do not hesitate to send me your dates of events, everywhere, and I will insert them on my event page.)

Hi Gilbert,

The WCCP website is being changed. It will take a couple of weeks to get up and running. In the meantime do contact me via a p.m. for dates etc.

The next Kilve weekend is in October, called a 'begginers/intermediate weekend' on 17th to 19th, but lots of experienced players come as well. Kilve for more advanced players will be March 20th to 22nd 2009.

It's also worth adding that on Saturday 1st November the WWCP have kindly offered to host the ICA's 2008 AGM. There will be a number of events during the day aimed at the members of both organisations and non-members as well. The following day is the usual WCCP playing day, but there will obviously be a fair number of ICA people and others around.

Thanks for adding that Chris. It should be a good weekend, to be held in Ruishton village hall, with a session arranged in the pub in Ruishton for the Friday night.

The next WCCP events are:
- the workshops at Sidmouth Festival, each morning at All Saints Church Hall, 4th to 8th August.
- September 7th, WCCP's AGM, followed by usual workshops, Ruishton.
- Kilve weekend, October 17th to 19th
