Is this a great rarity or have I somehow just missed seeing one before?

Mmm, I must have made a typo in the search I did because I got no results, sorry all.

I owned one for a short while. I found it akward to play because you have to use the full span of buttons all the time. I sold my to a collector who is very happy to have it.

It sure is a novelty.
