I'm considering buying a new concertina, having played an inexpensive beginner model for a couple of years. After a lot of internet searching the Bob Tedrow ones looks attractive but I'd like to hear one live before investing. Do you know the whereabouts of one in Ireland, preferably in or near Dublin or Galway?

Bob may know people in your area that have one of his fine boxes.

You can't go wrong with a Tedrow concertina. I have ordered a second concertina from Bob. You can choose your design and special key that you want your concertina to be playing in. You do not have to wait 5+ years for one of Bob's concertina. Bob builds concertinas with Antonelli reeds (accordion type reeds). My listening audience does not care if the reeds are traditional concertina steel reeds or the accordion type reeds- they enjoy the music.
