Well Mark, when you all get together tonight you must sit down and give yourselves a *name*.
With a venue called the *Royal*
And in a place called *Dungworth*
You had better come up with something before someone else does
Sharron
ps. have a pint or two for me will you?

Worthy Jim?
You?
Ooooh now let me think
With a sense of humour like yours

I think any name you come up with will have something to do with what they put on roses Jim.
Now I bet you always come up smelling of roses
Oh Worldly Worthy Jim doth I offend ye?

Well I hope you are having a great session and a few pints for me as unfortunately I can't be with you, so I am off to bed.
I will be dreaming no doubt of taking part and downing a couple of pints, remembering tune titles and forgetting tune titles, remembering tunes and forgetting tunes and still downing a pint or two as well as a bit of chat.
Yes it was a great session, must do it again some time.

After braving the South Yorkshire blizzard, we arrived and joined the other 10 Dungworth-tinas, with Brunswick Second Brew as the nights offering. After being treated to a most informative maintenance lesson-in-a-nutshell, large sarnies arrived. Excellent tune session again.
CU all on 23rd March.

Could'nt get the car out the drive because of the snow.
Have I missed that Derby brew from the Brunswick micro brewery ?
Curse this North-Western weather.
Pete.

I guess those present 'lucked out' on the sarnies, that night, to use one of your wonderfull phrases from another thread. Perhaps, through these international forum a hybrid language will evolve that eveyone will understand. Pass the butties.

Yes, Peter,
We'll become at least bilingual. (American English and British English. Oh now come on, I'm making a joke.)
Liked reading about Flossie. Hope I got the name right.

Here is another composition from the first Royal concertina night.
It clearly shows a Jeffries and a Tetleys, .....However...........
Tetleys made poor concertinas, and Jeffries couldnt brew ale to save his life.

Is that a picture of Geoffrey's - Jeffries or his Tetleys?
Peter Stephenson

Both. But I can't be sure if his glass was half empty or half full.
