Well my new baby arrived last night and it's a beauty! It is a C/G. Preliminary checks indicate it is essentially in A=440 which is good news. There is an end bolt missing (sheared bolt) and a few don't tighten (worn threads) so that needs to be addressed before I can properly assess it, but even with the leaks and wheezes the reeds seem responsive. I think a major overhaul is now called for. I'll post again when the work has progressed.
