I wanted to read the poll results, so I clicked to view the results ("null vote") before voting. Now it won't let me vote at all= it says I've already voted!

I'm in about twice a day.

Yeah, the lack of instructions has caught others off guard at times.
Once you've seen the results, you're not allowed to vote. The idea seems to be to prevent you basing your vote on what others have voted, rather than on your own convictions.
'Twould be nice if they'd make that clear, though.

This notion adds to the debate that in a democracy most people want to vote for the party that wins..

Which is not quite the same as wanting the party one votes for to win.

You realize, of course, that it may be a while before some of those "once a month" folks vote.

Of course you could always view the results as a guest and then vote!

However I have been away at a music festival out of state for 5 days.

Eh, I just voted how I usually lurk as the music festivals are wonderful but rare.
