I bought a Wheatstone duet from a wonderful fellow in Spain. The tracking says it cleared US Customs in New York on June 5th. No updates since then on the USPS site.

Is this normal? Are they learning to play it or what?

Hi Connie

My understanding is that once it clears customs, it's released on it's way either pickup or to a courier/carrier. I suspect the carrier may have a pickup schedule once a week or so. Also USPS isn't very reliable in their updates on their tracking page. I think I read somewhere that it's a manual system.
