I sat down tonight for my daily practice - picked up my TT and felt my fingers just wanted to automatically start playing.
What came out were several great tunes I thought that I'd completely forgotten - tunes I last played while mis-spending my youth in Sweden.
I sat and played them through a number of times and recorded them so at least I have a record of them. The tunes were some super slängpolskas from southern Sweden.
Strange how the mind and fingers can play such tricks - and such pleasant surprises - especially in time for the festivals I'm aiming to get to in Sweden this summer.
Now to make sure I don't forget them again....

The recordings I made this evening are a little rough - I'll try and make some cleaner recordings and post when I have them.
