Hi.
I'm getting ready to insure my concertina- and my insurance says it covers everything except for natural wear and tear and overseas travel.
I was wondering if people can cite me experiences of when their insurance came in handy?

My first claim on New Moom insurance this year they paid a damage claim of £450 by next day post and all correspondace was by E Mail.I am very pleased with their service.Bob
