grumpyhermit
For your perusal http://hmi.homewood.net/black Black "ebonized" mahogany with brass buttons and fancy Wheatstone papers Bob Tedrow Please forgive my ignorance, but the papers you indicate are Wheatstone, the Concertina Connection labels as "Fancy Lachenal type papers." Could you clear this up for this newbie, at least? Bob G. Evans. (lovely instruments, by the way.)
Bob Tedrow
I have seen these papers on mid 1800's brass reeded english Wheatstones, if I recall correctly. I am sure someone out there can clarify. Bob
grumpyhermit
Here is the Concertina Connection Bellows Paper page, by the way. Bob Edited to read: actually, it won't take you there directly. Click on Concertinas, then click on any of the Geuns-Wakker concertina models shown, then click on the bellows link, then on the bellows paper link. Sorry to make you do that just to see the bellows papers, but the website apparently doesn't allow jumping directly to individual pages.
