James Tween
I like the idea of a Crane duet concertina but am not prepared to buy before I try and am not concertinary enough to know if there are any players up in my general vicinity. spindizzy
I like the idea of a Crane duet concertina but am not prepared to buy before I try and am not concertinary enough to know if there are any players up in my general vicinity. What can people recommend? Thanks, James There used to be a Crane player at a Beginners Workshop that I went to for a few years. It's in Eaves Green (Chorley). First Sat on the month - so this saturday.(5th Sept) http://chorleytradmusicsessions.org.uk/wp/slow-and-steady/ And perhaps if you contact the organiser (very helpful guy), he'll be able to tell you if the duet player still attends. Chris edited to add... The Muisc Room in Cleckheaton usually has a efw nice concertinas (but no Duets at the moment) and Chris Algar (Barleycorn) in Cheshire isn't that far away....
