Dave Weinstein
I am looking to sell my Lachenal 20 button G/D. It was purchased this spring from Chris Algar, and is restored and in concert pitch. It comes with a Button Box blocked hard case. The only problem I am aware of is that I believe there is a valve that needs to be replaced (you can find the details in the Instrument Construction and Repair forum). I'm selling it because I have my new Tedrow G/D "Drop D" baritone, which means the fingerings are different enough from the Lachenal that I won't be able to play both. Price: $850 + shipping, or as a trade towards a Wheatstone or Crabb Miniature English. --Dave

Dave Weinstein
A simple playing of the notes on the instrument (and a highlight on the C#) is now available: Sound Sample Pictures to follow. --Dave

DaveCalderhead
Is this still for sale? If so, what would be the total price to ship it to The Netherlands with insurance?
Henk van Aalten
Is this still for sale? If so, what would be the total price to ship it to The Netherlands with insurance? Dave Now you have two persons that would like to hear your answer! Henk
Dave Weinstein
The instrument has been placed with Paul Groff for restoration and sale on consignment. If you are interested in it, you should contact him directly (and quickly), as I believe there are several interested parties already in contact with him. Should it sell to anyone who found out about the sale on Concertina.net, the normal Concertina.net commission will be paid. --Dave
