Identification Help

A friend of mine loaned me a concertina and I'm curious about what it is.

It's a 56 key English with a range from E below middle C to E three octaves up. There is a serial number 25011 several places but no maker name that I could find. It came in a square leather Wheatstone box with a 15 West Street address. The keys might be glass but look and feel more like plastic to me.

If it's a Wheatstone, then, according to the ledgers, it's from 1910 and is a No. 19. While that is a 56 key model, it's an Aeola. So this seems like it must be something else.

Anyone know what this is?
