I play mostly Rock and Pop classics on a Maccann Duet, with the help of guitar effects, a looper and a selfbuild stompbox. So it wouldn´t be legal and in Germany they are quite strict about that. Some of the songs that people seem to enjoy most: Billie Jean, Like a Rolling Stone, Strawberry Fields forever, Everlong (Foo Fighters), and - by the way - Roslyn Castle (a traditional, so no copyright) which was tune of the month in July 2013! It´s kind of hard to find gigs abroad from here, especially because this project is quite new. Maybe someone has some connections? If I could cover some of my expenses by playing some gigs, I´d be very happy to visit your lovely country. I´ve been there only once at the JazzyDays Festival in Tversted (as a bassplayer), that was great. Actually, it's only 1000 to where I live in Denmark, but at the moment I'm 1000 km north of there, in Sweden. As for gigs, I'll be happy to promote you if/when I get the chance, but with other pressures in my life I don't know when I might manage to locate and contact appropriate folks. More another day. Right now I have to check with my friend (who is milking her cow) about tonight's berry picking. Then in the morning it's off to a festival even farther north than where I am now.
