No, you are right, Stephen - but isn't it just the "cosmetics" - the GUI of the Make-post section that has changed (buttons replaced by a "tool bar" of icons), not the functionality? A few features (fast reply) no longer work for me, but it is time I updated my web browser. Hmm, I was going to put a smiley there, but they don't work for me either. I think you need to replace Invisionboard's favicon.ico with your new one somewhere in the /forums directory, if I remember correctly from another forum where I managed to change the default icon. Edit: Ah yes, this is the culprit: http://www.concertina.net/forums/favicon.ico - just delete it or replace it.
