I found a Renaissance tune, gracefully played, and which

I think would sound really nice on the concertina.

The musician playing it, does not know who wrote it

as he had learned it many many years ago and has

since lost some of the details.  If you have any idea

the title and/or author I would be most thankful.

Sounds like the guy who recorded the version Noel found forgot where the natural stresses are.
