And, you get the benefit of the experience of working on a vintage, classic concertina! $500.00 USD

The usual donations will be promptly made to the site should these sell here, thank you all!

Hello, I'm very sorry, but I won't be attending NESI this year I am booked at the Shamrock House in East Durham New York that weekend(not paying attention to what is/was, going on around me!) The 30 button Ab/Eb is gone, but I still have the other two(I've made no other attempt to sell them). I don't know where you are, or are coming from, but I am in Sullivan County NY most weekends, and northern NJ during the week most weeks, so, if you are so inclined, I would be happy to show them to you and let you try them out. Take care,

Don

I just looked at mapquest to see how far apart E.Durham and Becket are, and it is an hour and a half. We could probably run over in the daytime on Saturday, I have done that before(back in the '90's, when NESI was at Bucksteep Manor ). When that week comes, if you are still interested, let me know and I will bring them with me. Take care,

Don

Thank you,

I am not really sure what I really want. I think a want a 30 button Anglo. But part of the reason I am going to the Squeeze In is to try out instruments. I will just be playing to entertain myself so I can do whatever I please. This is the first time I have played any instrument and I feel I belong in freereed space.

Here are some pictures of the Tidder. Notice the dark wood of the action board, the non-staple pass thru pivots(as opposed to Lachenal staple pivots), and the stamped, low , serial number.....also notice the large headed endbolts! It also has a six fold bellows, even though it is a C/G intrument(as I'm told all Tidders were)

The 20 Key Lachenal is now on Ebay! Also, I have to apologize for my first description of this instrument, when taking the ends off, I discovered that although all of the valves were replaced, only the pads that needed to be replaced were, so there are some older ones in there. I'm sorry for that, I assumed!!

And, as always, if someone from this site purchases the instrument off of the Ebay listing, I will still make the recommended donation to the site. Take care,

Don

Well, the Tidder didn't sell on Ebay the first time around, so I re-listed it with lower prices, if anyone is interested! Take care,

Don

PS-and again, if it sells to anyone on this site, the usual donations will be made .
