Wheatstone C/G for sale #56450

I'm selling a nice concertina Wheatstone C/G #56450, 8 fold bellows, modern aluminum reeds. Recently tuned and gone over by the button box. This is a fast responsive instrument. At noel Hills class last summer he told me that the bellows were well balanced.

 

I bought it from someone on the concertina list about 1 year ago. Selling now because I have too many instruments and it is time to thin the herd.

The only thing wrong with this concertina is that someone scratched the names of the notes in the steel ends. I actually didn't notice this until I had the concertina for about 2 weeks.

 

I would like to get $2,000 for it. It comes in a serviceable blocked case.

 

I am posting the pictures that came with it when I bought it. Will try to take some new ones within a day or so.
