hobgoblin UK has a number of maccanns in the size you are looking for...you would want to find a uk-based concertina pal to vet it for you....

there is a maccann 46 on ebay just now.....problem is how to have it checked out. it seems to be unrestored and the seller does not seem to be a concertina person...

Thank you all for your help and your messages! I have just bought a beautiful Wheatstone Maccann from Chris Algar of Barleycorn Concertina. :)

Wow, I knew there were Hayden Duet, English, and Anglo apps for iPhone, but I hadn't seen that there was a Maccann one too!
